Order Turnaround

Orders going to Croatian addresses are usually delivered within 5 to 7 days from the day of dispatch, but international orders can take up to several weeks to be delivered.

Delivery times for EU countries are within 3 – 10 working days and within 10-35 working days for the rest of the world after sending (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded).

Due to a COVID-19 outbreak, you may experience shipping delays ( for all domestic & internations orders). We kindly ask for patience. Thank you.

Shipping is charged at cost, as it appears on your order. Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and they will be calculated by your request just after adding products to cart, by the website itself.

Delivery costs for domestic orders (Croatia) are 30 kn.
We ship international orders using Croatian National Post (Hrvatske pošte) or DPD depending on size and weight, at our discretion.

Shipping is free of charge for all domestic orders over 500 HRK – Croatia. For EU countries, free delivery applies on all orders over 1500 HRk or 200 EUR.

You will be required to sign for your package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it. Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us. We CANNOT control any delays caused by customs.

Correct Delivery Information

Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination) and phone number. Unfortunately we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.

Tracking Number

We provide tracking number for all shipments. There is a possibility of short delays, but it does not depend on us. Resending of the same shipments are additionally charged.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of the CROATIA or the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.
